Pumpkin Pie Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • PM oats base
  • butternut fig soup, drained into a thick puree
  • 2 pitted dates, chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons almond butter
  • ground cinnamon
  • unsweetened shredded coconut
  • chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans)
  • cacao nibs
